Design Brief : “To design and use various materials and manufacturing processes to create a high quality minimalistic designed coat hook. That is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.”

Being shown a mass-produced coat hook we were tasked to remake and redesign the product. We were given brass as the main material and other materials were self-determined. We were expected to design a manufacturing plan and flow chart, followed by a product evaluation. The hook was made by pouring melted pewter into a plywood mold that was made by laser cutting.
